Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be canceled at no cost to you if the item has not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel an order, so that we can cancel shipment. Your credit card will be immediately credited when a canceled item has not yet shipped. Please be aware it may take 1 to 2 business days for the credit to show up on your account.

If the item has shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to WaterAnywhere.com. When returning a canceled order, you must ship via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. If the item is lost or destroyed in transit, you will be charged for the item. We recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier so you can be reimbursed for an item if your item is lost or destroyed in transit.

For items that are canceled after they are shipped, WaterAnywhere, at its discretion, may charge a stop transit or intercept service fee, of up to $12.00 for orders that have been shipped out and are in transit. Canceled orders that have shipped must be returned unopened. Your account will not be credited until we have received the returned or canceled item.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, please e-mail sales@wateranywhere.com or fill-out the Return Request Web Form to obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number. The RGA must appear on the outside of all packages. Any items returned to WaterAnywhere.com without an RGA number on the outside of the box will not be processed and will be returned to the sender or discarded.

All returns must be returned freight prepaid within 7 days of receipt. WaterAnywhere.com will not be able to accept return requests after this period. Shipping charges on return shipments are the buyer's responsibility. Returned items must be shipped via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. If the item is lost or destroyed in transit, you will be charged for the item. We also recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier so you can be reimbursed for an item if your item is lost or destroyed in transit. Shipping charges will not be credited.

All returns must be new, un-used, and in their original packaging. Assembled items or kits consisting of multiple parts must be returned complete with all components present.

All returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 25% restock fee. We do not refund shipping on returned items.

Returns for custom orders are not allowed.

Defective Merchandise

If you find WaterAnywhere.com's products to be defective within 30 days of purchase, you may return it to us at your cost. If the item has shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to WaterAnywhere.com.

Refunds for defective items must have trouble-shooting performed prior to RGA approval. Refunds are not granted without the manufacturer's approval which could take up to 15 days from the receipt of the return.
