RETURNS/ CLAIMS
- If you wish to return a product, please e-mail Sales@WaterAnywhere.com to obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number. The RGA must appear on the outside of all packages. Items sent without and RGA number will be returned to sender.
- ALL RETURNS must be returned freight PREPAID within 7 days of receipt. WaterAnywhere.com will not be able to accept return requests after this period. Freight charges on return shipments are the buyer's responsibility. Freight will not be credited.
- ALL RETURNS must be NEW, UN-USED, and in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Assembled items or kits consisting of multiple parts must be returned complete with ALL components present.
- ALL RETURNS for credit or exchange are subject to a 25% re-stock fee.
- Returned goods must be properly packaged before shipment.

WaterAnywhere.com expressly disclaims any liability for consequential damages resulting from the failure of its products to perform as specified. WaterAnywhere.com's maximum obligation under this warranty shall be limited to a refund of purchase price or replacement of product after proven defective. WaterAnywhere.com shall in no event be responsible for consequential damages of any nature or amount. WaterAnywhere.com shall not be liable for any bodily injuries or property damage directly caused by its willful, wanton, or negligent acts. Determination of suitability of product for applications contemplated by buyer shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Acceptance of delivery of product authenticates buyer's acceptance of warranty agreement. Buyer agrees that all claims regarding the merchandise shall be governed by and construed solely according to the laws of the State of California. |
